Fire destroys 11 motorcycles, 1 car at Tampines multi-storey carpark
(TIME TO CONSIDER BUYING 2ND PARTY INSURANCE)
SINGAPORE : Just three days after a pre-dawn fire gutted seven motorcycles at a Hougang multi-storey carpark, another fire broke out at a multi-storey carpark at Blk 730A, Tampines Street 71.
The fire destroyed 11 motorcycles and one car parked at Deck A3.
Firefighters arrived at about 3.25am and put out the fire within 15 minutes.
No one was injured and police are still investigating the cause of the fire.
Anyone with information on the case may call the police at 1800-2550000.
Police also advise the public to call the police immediately should they spot any suspicious persons loitering in carparks or in the vicinity.
Police have classified the fire at the multi-storey carpark at Hougang as a case of mischief.
Anyone found guilty of such offences can be jailed up to seven years or a fine. - CNA/de

Judging from several fire mischief happenings to motorcycles parking at MSCP(Covered parking lots) Our visions is blocked & many things can take place without knowing it even to cars. It is advisable to park in Open area carpark for better safety & arsons taking place.

Judging from several fire mischief happenings to motorcycles parking at MSCP(Covered parking lots) Our visions is blocked & many things can take place without knowing it even to cars. It is advisable to park in Open area carpark for better safety & arsons taking place. true,thats why my dad's and my bike is parked in the open with cover....... sometimes he will patrol in the day and i'll take the night shift...  |

Sobe, can help patrol my area also? ;D My hme no multi story car park, so wish for one. Now think open car park is better. boon, ah bo u park ur bike at my plc,den add me subrider...... when u need the bike, just let me noe..polishing and washing got surcharged.. wes and andrew- i can smell jealousy..haha..u want bird shit also don't have ah! |

but then i prefer open carpark anytime..less risk of bike parts kena stolen,bike stolen,burnt..parking oso cheaper.. cons is rain,bird shit,etc lah..but then tis r minor probs...canvas ok liao..  |

wes and andrew- i can smell jealousy..haha..u want bird shit also don't have ah! Haha me not jealous mine also open car park with lots of bird shit and cats. I lagi better got neighbour to watch over each other. I happen to witness a car making a u-turn dangerously and in the process knocked down one of ny neighbour's wave and drove off without coming out. No chance to see the number.  |

Rain or shine no problems,ours old keki bikes.If someone kiss on us,waiting to replace New & Original parts,once kena he will cry for help, money not enough haha.Conclusion - Open carpark is better choice but we use one but pay higher rate.Open with Mscp is more costly ya.
