Correct me if I'm wrong, isnt that the 2 wheel drive yamaha used for dirt racing? This is the same bike Yamaha 450WR-2WD Yamaha Motor France uses for the 2005 Paris-Dakar rallye after successful testing in the Motor France rallye motorcycle race in France in 2004. This bike is build more for rallye rather than dirt racing. I would appreciate if you can show me the link to the dirt racing site. |

Oh yeah, I remember now. I first heard abt it while watching Paris Dakar 2005 on DVD. Probably that is considered rally instead of dirt racing. Interestingly, out of the top 10 bikes after 16 stages, 9 of them are KTMs and only 1 other make at position no. 5. A Yamaha 450cc.
